Step 1: Visa type

Which petition are you preparing? K1, CR1, or IR1.

Step 2: Couple and case info

Names, where each of you lives now, when and how you met, marriage status and date (if applicable), any prior petitions or denials.

Step 3: Document upload

Upload your draft forms and supporting documents. We'll review them as part of the service.

Step 4: Payment ($349)

Flat fee. One couple, one petition. After payment, you'll get a confirmation email and we'll start the review.
